TechMuscle, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our") operates the KIT application (the "Service").

KIT is a service that helps you track the work you are doing in emails.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service.

We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

Information Collection And Use

User Account Information: While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, and other information ("Personal Information").

We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries, servicing your purchase orders, and improving our services.

Contacts: While using our Service, KIT asks for access to your contacts. The information in your contacts is never sent to or stored on our servers, it is only used on your local device to improve the KIT experience. With this data, KIT can display the name and company name of the individuals you are working with (typically in your rightbar) instead of just the email address.

KIT request/promise, and project information The contents of your KIT account are stored and maintained on our servers in order to provide the service. If you decide to terminate your account, your data will not be removed from the system if that data is shared by another person who is also using KIT. For all data that is removed from the system after an account termination, residual copies of this data may remain on our systems for some time because we keep back-up copies of data for the purposes of recovery from errors or system failure.

Log Data

When you use KIT through your browser, we collect certain information (the same information that most web sites log when they are accessed). This information, contained in the "header" of your request to access the KIT page, usually includes the browser type you used, your Internet Protocol address, and the date and time of day. In addition, we log the unique ID provided by our cookie and the URL of the last site you visited.

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system and other statistics ("Log Data").

In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Service's functionality. These third party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and transferred to your device. We use cookies to collect information in order to improve our services for you.

If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including Personal Information, to United States and process it there.

We reserve the right to transfer your personal information in the event of a transfer of ownership of KIT, such as acquisition by or merger with another company. In such an event, we will notify you before information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Children's Privacy

To comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, at this time KIT is only available to users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, please do not use the KIT service.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of October 29, 2015 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
